These guilt-free raw chocolate truffles do not contain any dairy, refined sugars or unhealthy saturated fats.

The Raw Chocolatier uses organic raw Peruvian cacao combined with organic almonds and fresh dates, with agave nectar for sweetness. Agave nectar is the natural syrup from a blue Mexican cactus. Agave is low-GI and high fructose and can be suitable for diabetics.

We use raw chocolate only. This means the cacao bean has not been heated above 42’C, or subjected to any unnecessary processing. It is chocolate in its most natural form. Unheated and raw, cacao retains an array of complex compounds that make it one of the most beneficial foods on the planet.
