The Raw Chocolatier loved Jessica Fenton’s 5 course dinner at Aloka on Sat 14th April.  Gorgeous dishes, all raw and vegan, all incorporating raw chocolate.  Savoury and sweet, including crispy taco with chunky guacamole, chipotle salsa and mole dressing, and an amazing raw chocolate, orange and maca ice cream.  The feast helped proved raw chocolate to be one of the most luxurious foods on the planet!  Thank you Jessica.

the Raw Chocolatier will be at Infinity Foods for a tasting session 11 till 4 this Saturday 27th March. Infinity Foods is located on the corner of North Road in the North Laines area of Brighton.

After last year’s successes in London, the Chocolate Festival comes to Brighton!  The Raw Chocolatier will be taking part with our well-loved guilt-free and gorgeous raw chocolate truffles, our new chocolate minis, and some brand new creations…

The Chocolate Festival will be taking over New Road, behind the Pavilion Gardens in Brighton, on March 20th and 21st.

the Raw Chocolatier was very pleased to sponsor the catwalk show for eco-designer Jeff Garner’s label Prophetik, at London Fashion Week on February 19th.  Prophetik presents clothes made of natural and recycled fibres including hemp and greenspun for the ethical exhibition section, esthetica, highlighting sustainability and eco-chic.  Prophetik reflects the Raw Chocolatier’s philosophy of low-impact production and a natural approach to living.
